Sorry to hear you have been poorly Rose and in hospital, hope you are on the mend now.

Been a busy day here as have had Douglas DD's new puppy so been running in and out all day with him as he is not trained yet. Its hard work as you get older. Did leave DH with him for a while as had arranged to have coffee with a friend.

Hope everyone else is OK today.

    Have a lovely Friday evening.

Sounds Busy with the new puppy Sylvia.

Just had a WEM from WOW Beauty to say I've won their competition. I've tried searching but can't find it so can't remember what prize was.
I entered by email 03/06 and you had to say what beauty problem was worrying you.

    Morning all,

Enjoy your sunshine Alfie. Like FF we have lots of rain but it is supposed to stop about 2pm.
Not got anything planned today except a quick visit to Tesco by car for a few heavy things. Surprising how heavy things feel after carrying them less than a mile up the road .
Hope everyone has a lovely weekend.

Happy Birthday wingo, hope you have a lovely day.
It's sunny and warm here...yay. Got washing on line, done all housework off out shopping later.Well done on the win leanfun sounds interesting whatever it is. Hope you feel better today rose. My hairdresser has a virus in her eye! never heard of it before but she has been everywhere to get help and they all say the same, virus. She has to put drops in and wait till it runs it course. It has been over a week now and not much better. She has to wear dark glasses because as soon as she looks outside the eye closes up. Strange...
Hope everyone has a good weekend.

It's been an absolutely glorious weather day here and I'm
only just in from gardening - also managed to get a load of
washing out so the only downside to the day is the dreaded
    ironing!

Thankfully I've got a bottle of white wine chilling in the
fridge to make the chore a little more bearable!

Have a well-deserved brilliant day wingo - hope you got
    some lovely pressies.

Have a lovely rest of the day all.

Aw thank you everyone for the lovely birthday wishes xx I've been into town with the kids for a bit of retail therapy. We were going to go to ice cream restaurant again but we just went to McD's instead as it was getting late. It was the worst McD we have ever tasted and the place stunk so wish we had gone elsewhere now! We won't go that one again! I did buy myself some shoes to wear for work! I had the most amazing win on a scratchcard the other day... £1,000 Someone has definitely been watching over me this week! It was one of those where you get so many words and I kept scratching a bit off, doing jobs then going back to it as it was taking ages. I couldn't believe it when I realised what I won!

Leanfun, well done on the beauty win and hope it's something really nice My brother is doing really well thank you for asking. It's 2 years tomorrow since I gave him kidney

It's been raining all day here too fire**fly so I've had to use my dryer again to get uniforms dried! Hope it's a nice day tomorrow for you

Alfie, I loved the sheep pic! Great find! It's typical that you had sun today and wanted rain, I would have swapped with you! thank you for the wine!

That sounds painful indie for your hairdresser to have a virus in the eye. If I have a speck of dust in my contact lens it's very annoying and irritable so I imagine how frustrating it must be for her!

Sheils, they were all sons trophies he won Wednesday night. He got over 40 goals, was top goal scorer and the team went on to win the league and get promoted so he got players player of the season and parents player too so he done well That's great that you can give your DD advice and save her money too. I need to have a look for another broadband as virgin is rubbish now and we supposed to have strongest wifi too so I'm doing away with home phone and just look for good wifi elsewhere.

Sylvia, hope Douglas the dog is being good for you I wish I could knit. I saw my friend had knitted a lovely blanket today on fb and it was gorgeous!

Rose, sorry to hear you've not been well and hope you feel better soon xx

Well no sign of my tent yet. Hope it comes on Monday when DH is in. I might even put it up in the garden if the weather is nice!
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone!
