Independent furniture assessor report 24th Jan 17 at 7:22 AM
    Hello,

I am in dispute with Bensons for Beds regarding a faulty bed. Can anyone recommend a company for getting an independent furniture assessment report? Thanks

Have they sent Furniture Industry Research Association (FIRA) technician to look at it?(supposedly independant )

If so what did there report say Its often better to pick an expert in the particular specific field e.g mattress , bed frame etc as opposed to a general one

Have you spoken to the Citizens' Advice consumer hotline? Google for the phone number. They are very good at giving advice on this sort of thing.

Also, how did you pay? If by credit card you could have a route there to get a refund under section 75.
