Does anyone know what happens if a company tries to take money from a pre-paid mastercard that has no money on it?

Amazon will accept it. Just keep trying until the system let's you in. Amazon are aware, it's not their fault.

Has anyone else been getting a long list of extra ncraves appear on the watch page, (some with 6sbs) only to find they dont play because there is no security certificate on the website?
Its like there are two ncrave lists and only the usual one works.
I have put in a ticket and they have replied generically...must be your IP or your banned on there or something but I dont think so because the browser explains its a badly written web page with compromised security.
Would be excellent if it actually played.
