    On any page you should see a small tab at the bottom right of your screen with a life ring symbol that says "Need help?". Click this, then Contact Support. On the new page that opens, click "Submit a Request" in the top right corner, and then fill in the form.

    There's a new offer wall, Acorn it's been there since Friday or Saturday but it's been empty every time I've checked, is it empty for eveyrone else?

    Just had a standard reply "third part servers...outwith our control, blabla". Nobody had actually read what I had written in about the Instants AT ALL. Waste of time

    Swagbucks is weird,
    despite being logged into it, browsing & just completed an offer & using at least the search engine regularly, they've just emailed me with a 2sb survey wanting to know why I've stopped using Swagbucks.

    Email from & subject: "Your friends at Swagbucks - This may be good-bye"

    I just did a 0sb instant. It promised a bonus payment for the right answer and Im sure I answered correctly so have put in a ticket. It s the 1st day I have had any instants for about a year I think.

    Swagbucks has been a real sh!tshow today - nCrave keeps crashing (and taking Chrome with it), Swagbutton videos keep hanging and that's the second instant that hasn't worked/credited today

    Try putting the browser in full screen mode. This works for me on Mac (I don't have any problem with it on Windows though).
