ok, so my case is on july 10 and my witness can no longer attend due to a hospital appointment she is not able to postpone, i will get a copy of the appointment letter as evidence. here is her statement......................................... ...... my witness was present at the venue and saw what happened i.e. i was unable to reach the digital machine to enter my registration, she approached me in February 2017, and offered to be a witness..here is the statement,,,,,,,,,
2)On the date the alleged offence occurred, Mrs X was also attending the Reel Cinema, Port Talbot.

    3) Mrs X witnessed the defendant Y struggling to reach the digital ticket machine to enter her vehicle registration number (VRN) for evidence of parking.

    4) Mrs X witnessed the defendant Y's need for assistance and recalls a staff member from the Reel Cinema entering the VRN into the digital system, which supports the defendant’s statement......

..... all statements have been submitted to the court, just waiting to attend in july. i will still attend .
Do I need to contact the court to tell them my witness is now unavailable? do i have to inform the claimant (MS) as well? I want to be prepared, thanks

Her WS should be written in the first person, and signed and dated by her and filed in advance, with your own WS (NOT your defence, your WS, story of what happened), and any evidence you want to rely on.

The WS you showed doesn't seem to be written in the first person.

Maybe they are reviewing cases to see what might be winnable
Don't fall into their phishing trap. Amilia has to earn her money somehow ??

Go to court and prove your case to the judge.

You could email back simply saying that you cannot correspond further as the matter is now in the hands of their solicitors ?
