    Is anyone else having trouble collecting their emails?

    I can not collect them or log in it won't even let me change the password in case I have made an error.

    Just checked for you, as I don't normally use the web mail to view them and all is working fine...

    I have got the Confirm You Are Not A Robert for a week now. This morning something about a fault but did get in and read emails.

    I go into VM webmail almost every day to check whether something has been filtered into the Spam folder, and I haven't had any problems for ages...

    Not much help, but there you are.
