My sister a big Cliff Richard fan will have...Living Doll going in and Traveling Light coming out!
My father died a few years ago and he choose Ken Dodd Tears going in and Happiness coming out!!.....mixed emotions at that crying and laughing at the same time.

Me and the mrs bought Funeral Bonds last year, and are both having the same songs...

    - Bring Me Sunshine...

    - Jerusalem...

    - Wish me Luck...

Wills are sorted out too, and we're busy spending the childrens' inheritance.

Non-religious funeral with hymns for me.

Calon Lan, more about good hearts, and Cwm Rhondda - couldn't be anything else, really.

Ye gods, far too many to choose from...

Ella - Someone to watch over me
Moyet - ne me quitte pas/weak in the presence of beauty
The Who - Love, Reign o'er Me
    Elvis Costello - She
Dusty - You don't have to say

    but then of course
meatloaf - bat out of hell
guns & roses - paradise city
aerosmith - walk this way/don't want to miss a thing

and even though it became the anthem for 9/11 footage, I've always known Barber's Adagio for Strings as a friendly supportive theme: it sounded glorious on the organ as it was played at our wedding, and at all three's Christenings, so it would make sense for Our Tune (as t'were) to be played at any funeral.

And if any or all of those are too much for the chaps, then yes indeed Cwm Rhondda.
