invoice I know nothing about 17th Oct 16 at 10:20 PM
Just received an invoice by email, purporting to be from Apple and at a cost of 19.99,
    for NET Flix.

I have no knowledge of this and have certainly not ordered anything or given anyone my bank details.

Can anyone help before I panic.

Don't open the attached invoice. It's a scam:

It didnt come as an attachment, but the main concern seems to be the scammers trying to trick people into giving bank details

    Thankfully I didnt,

    Thanks for your time.

Oh I have had a few in the past month. Never open but the title is Your Apple Invoice. Mark them as spam and move on.

Nothing new, these scammers have been trying to dupe people with things like this for years.
Very easy to find out if its a scam by seeing where the url points to.
People who use the internet need to wise up or they will get caught then be on here blaming everyone but themselves for there ignorance.

But the op hasn't blamed anyone and has asked for advice and
their ignorance is not an issue.

I got a very dim email purporting to be from tesco -they routinely search online forums where emails and passwords are shared and found mine ( ah ok if you've got my data - why would you share it-very altruistic)
