I can't register with Noddle because my short term memory is poor and I can't answer the questions like how long ago did I have a new mobile contract.
How do I contact them to prove who I am?

You would probably have saved yourself a lot of time by checking before answering. I'm not sure about Noddle but with Experian's own service, you have to print off a bunch of documents and send them in. Look for an address.

or they have a twitter account that accepts direct messages, which seems to work as I contacted them via that option a few weeks ago.

I find Noddle slow to reply, alot slower than Experian or Equifax but the 2 options above seem your best option and hopefully they can confirm what you need to do.

Do you not have an e-mail of a contract renewal? Or is the bill available online? The questions are just details based on (mostly) recent bills and credit limits that they have on record. Alternatively, look to see when your contract is due for renewal and take off 12/18/24 months as appropriate...

won't work I'm afraid as I don't have a mobile contract anymore as I use a GiffGaff SIM.
I just don't remember how many years ago I had my last contract and haven't kept the details.
    Why would I?

Neither Experian or Equifax put up this barrier to registration so why would I have had the info to hand and as a another of my replies in this thread explains I don't have the information to give.

Try checking your bank statements for the payments going out of the account for the mobile contract, otherwise if you can access the reports from the other CRAs then use the data from them to answer the Noddle questions.

These questions are designed so that only you know the answers for obvious reasons.
