Black Cab - Seat Belts 16th Oct 16 at 9:16 AM
Just watched BBC News channel - The Heroes Parade route Manchester - noticed that the passengers didn't wear their seat belts - should you wear seat belts as a passenger in a black cab?

    According to ROSPA yes
Taxis Licensed taxi drivers are exempt from wearing a seat belt when 'plying for trade' or carrying passengers.
Passengers using taxis and private hire vehicles MUST wear a seat belt.

My mate works for IKEA. It was his birthday last week and I promised to get him a Birthday Cake for his party. He wasn't impressed when I turned up with a box containing flour, eggs, sugar, butter and a whisk, plus a recipe leaflet.
