Buying integrated kitchen appliances, is it worth waiting until Black Friday 15th Oct 16 at 7:13 PM
I'm getting a new kitchen fitted second week in November and I'm looking at all the appliances I need to buy Neff slide and hide oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher, induction hob and fridge freezer. Are these items usually discounted in the Black Friday sales, November 25th this year.

I heard that John Lewis had some good offers last year but I don't know if it will be the same this year.

ive just checked my crystal ball and it says you should wait and, despite the excitement about black friday, the appliances you want will actually be cheaper on Dec 3rd

We bought all of our Neff appliances from one Neff 5 star retailer as part of our kitchen. The appliance prices were all broken out and cheaper than I could get them from any of the online retailers - in addition Neff were running a £500 cashback offer if bought as part of a new kitchen so probably even better value than black friday!

We've bought our kitchen in Howdens once a year sale. I'm busy comparing the prices they gave me for appliances but already I've found the neff slide and hide oven they have, has been superseded by a nicer looking model.

No one can say when prices will be cheaper

What we can advise it that seeing as you are buying a bundle, YOU are in a good position to haggle for the best price possible

To do that, find an independent store

Do your research in advance, find out the best prices online and in your local area. Then go in and ask what their best price is compared to your research. You may not get as cheap, you may just get free delivery on the day that suits you or you may get a freebie.

    But it's worth the haggle
if you lend someone £20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it

Isn't Black Friday one of the occasions they use to offload cheap lines that don't sell ? That is the impression given from last year's sale riots, where the items being fought over were things like 'economy' brands of tv likely to go wrong just out of warranty and tacky clothing.

I don't know how quickly stock turns over in this business, but being priced in Euros, Neff products being bought now by retailers will cost more in Pounds. I would be inclined to try to do a deal sooner rather than later.

Yes, I'll probably end up having to buy them sooner anyway, don't think kitchen fitter wants to wait until end of November for appliances.

We purchased all of our appliances from a Siemens gold dealer after looking on the Internet for a week and got the best online price and they beat it by £300
