The person who has added a 'comment' must presumably be from a PPC, trying to undermine the sentiment behind what the Prankster does. More comments need to be added there, to shout down the idiot who commented (a person who is surely trying to divert attention from the PPC to the 'rogue drivers' that PPC World would have it are everywhere).

    Two suggestions,

    1. They have not paid their IPC membership fees,

    2. They are being investigated by Vatman

But the IPC / Gladstones doing this

Maybe they are trying to prove something to the DCLG

Nothing would surprise me with the Gladstones boys.

If the government/ DCLG allow the Gladstones sham to continue to be an ATA, it will be confirmed of the depth of the scam through to government

There is a requirement from the DVLA for each company to have a verifiable address. Perhaps the pub they use has closed down.
Life's for living, get on with it rather than worrying about these. If they hassle, counter claim.

Send them that costs schedule though, 24 hours before the hearing, and file it with the court. Take with you evidence that you have sent the costs schedule to them and when.

Seems not. Suspension lifted. Good spot by PG

It means that they are still members .... and suggests that their current membership will expire on 13/12/2016.

I would say Yes ... though I agree the terminology is ambiguous. (Which isn't surprising given who runs the IPC).

AFAIK, it's a DVLA "Red Card" and a two month ban. Used to be three but standards these days .....

I thought they were already 'inactive' and someone has possibly made a typo as the date, which was previously showing as 13.10.16 'suspended'.

    2. Copies of their latest Data Governance Assessments.

Whatever has gone wrong should be in these reports.
