    I love carrot cake with lots of walnuts and proper icing made with cream cheese

    Best sort is home made

    Carrot cake is one of the only cakes I don't like, that and anything with dried fruit in.

    I like the cake (with sultanas) but not the topping, it makes my teeth go on edge because its too sweet.
