    If you live in Scotland, don't dash in to make your 'free' will in October until you have visited the Scottish Government website and viewed the new Succession Scotland Act 2016. There's also a guide giving a summary of the changes.

    Several changes are coming into effect regarding Wills. These take effect from 1 November and can make changes necessary to existing Wills to clarify points.
