    Hello,


    I have a problem with Motorola and their partners who repair electronics.


    Situation is as below
    #1 - Bought a Moto 360 version 2 watch in Nov 2015
    #2 - Recently figured out that the heart rate sensor is not working properly. It gave 60 bpm on a table !
    #3 - Reported on twitter, Motorola forums etc and been advised to contact in email.
    #4 - After few emails I was asked to pack and send for repair to Anovo UK a repair centre in Norwich. In the email I was promised that repair would take 7-10 working days
    #5 - It has been more than a month now and Motorola support keeps saying awaiting parts.
    #6 - Also Motorola asks to call Anovo on a number which never gets picked up
    #7- What are my rights to get my watch back soon or replaced.

    If they haven't got the parts they haven't got the parts, maybe ask for a lead time of when they can expect the parts.

    Again, I have asked for the lead time and they have no clue on that.
