PiP and Car Tax 12th Oct 16 at 9:15 AM
    Hi guys ,

    Just a clarification requested .

When the PiP documents and the DWP site says " Vehicle Tax " - they are referring to the annual tax a.k.a. " Road Tax " - nothing to do with the tax on buying a vehicle , despite implication ?

    Yes, it's road tax.

If you need big adaptations it's possible for a new car to be VAT exempt (or at least used to be) but I don't know all the details.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
