    Forget which but I had others today too. Read the comments on all their Facebook page posts as people tell you where they've won. Even if it doesn't work straight away try again later that day and it should work.

    I suppose everybody is on the site trying to win 10p, and clogging it up. Anybody else who wants to make a proper transaction has to wait... and wait... and wait... ad infinitum.
