1st Time Buyer... MCS Report 10th Oct 16 at 3:23 PM
    Hi there,

Really hoping that someone is able to help me.
My partner and I are first time buyers and the property we are buying has a solar panel. Our mortgage provider has requested we supply them with a copy of the MCS Report and our mortgage offer is subject to this.
I have been advised today that the installers of the solar panels is not MCS approved therefore we cannot supply the mortgage company with this information.

Is anyone familiar with this situation? If so do you know a solution?

    Thanks in advance

    Sarah
