    Has anyone been successful with any ppi catalogue claims using the letter templates from this site?

    Template letters reduce your chances or success. People tend to leave in reasons that dont apply and can be easily refuted. In balance of probability decisions (which is a lot of them), the most credible side tends to win. If your template letter includes fake reasons then it can harm you.

    If you intend to use a template, then make sure it is accurate and personalised to your situation. Alternatively, use the FOS questionnaire. That is probably best option.

    I have with littlewoods i went through barclays and had a letter today.
    Started comping 2nd May 16. Wins so far... May was
    cat wormer ^.^ Rose hamper from m&s. Heal cream. June cool bag. July febreeze win for review Minky £100 ironing bundle. August. Handmade throw fbk.
    Sept,a canvas print and cushion fb. A window cleaner tool fb. Oct: A diamond ring keyring. Nov. Foot care bundle, sonic toothbrush.
