    Is this a break of T&Cs? 9th Oct 16 at 6:53 PM
.......or at least a bit iffy?

    Competition: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5536071&highlight=wicked

    T&Cs: https://www.thp.co.uk/black-cats-prowl-pumpkins-gleam-may-luck-halloween/

"The promoter is THP Limited (company no. 04664338) whose registered office is at 34-40 High Street, Wanstead E11 2RJ. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize giveaway. Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over only, excluding employees of the promoter, their immediate families and anyone else personally connected with the prize draw."

    Winner:
    https://twitter.com/THPaccountants/status/784088014268104706

He works at Chuchill Estate Agents (32 High Street, Wanstead E11 2RJ), which is right next door to THP Accountants, who ran the competition.

I'd say it could be iffy, especially since the Twitter profile was inactive since May and only re-activated to enter this comp.

    Good luck everyone

I doubt it breaks the T&Cs as he is unlikely to be an employee of the accountants etc. Remarkable coincidence though that out of all the entries he is picked as the winner.
