Was drinking ground coffee and only when I finished the pack did I realise it was a YEAR out of date.
The eggs I scrambled this morning were 2 weeks out of date.
I am still alive and suffering no side effects at all

I once ate (or I should say spat out!) some out of date chocolate! It tasted rancid, - I can only imagine the milk powder must have gone off or something like that. A colleague brought it back from Africa.

If it's a few days out of date - I will still eat it. We throw away far too much food which is still fit for consumption.

Well the mince I took out of the freezer and put in the slow cooker today was best before 25/12/2015
    Looks and smells fine.

So what's the deal with water and it's sell by date. When the ad tells you it's been filtered through volcanic rock for 1,000s of years but still has a BBD?
