    Wow, I shudder to think how much that would cost to get via private annuity!

    To be fair. when I read the topic title, I honestly thought it is someone asking about how to get that amount per week or a typo in length of time.

    Well he was drawing approx 3m per year in his job so this is only around 1/6 that figure so seems reasonable - not sure how he will manage.
