    Can't Change Avatar 8th Oct 16 at 5:40 PM
I have a bank of avatars, all below 80x80 and mostly around 4kb, which I cycle through and have done successfully for a few years. Today I decided that it was about time for a new one but the forum comes up with " Invalid Avatar Specified". What is going on ?

I am having the same problem. Trying to upload a JPG image, 80x80 pixels, 3KB in size. Invalid Avatar Specified every time. I tried removing my old avatar which worked fine. Then tried applying one of the generic ones, which is also fine. Tried to upload again... nope! Very frustrating! I've sent an email to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com but seeing as you posted this weeks ago and have had no response, it doesn't bode too well!

Same problem here too. Happened a couple of months ago now, I just didn't think to flag it as an issue.

I don't understand MSE it's always flagging issues about other websites glitches which is a good thing "banks" "retail stores" customer service etc.

But when it comes to its glitches and keeping the people informed its useless. I've been on loads of forums over the years, and as soon as there is a glitch, it is sorted or at least their people are informed all the time with updates.

This part of the forum is called "site Feedback" so they should be checking this section of the forum every 1hour or something for forum glitches its turning into a joke.
