    if it was a ticket on the car , the idea is to get the rental co out of the equasion , ie they think you are the reg keeper

    Why are you running this over two threads? It needs to be contained in one thread.

    Please PM Crabman or Soolin (forum guides) to get both merged please. Otherwise there'll be a possibility of differing advice appearing on each thread, with the danger of confusion and you finding it costly.
    We cannot provide you with a silver bullet to get you out of this. You have to be in for the long run, and need to involve yourself in research and work for you to get rid of this. It is not simple. We will help, but can't do it for you.
