BBC 'View Comments' Not Working In IE11 2nd Oct 16 at 12:32 PM
For the past few days if an item on the BBC News website invites 'Have Your Say' comments I can't view them in IE11 (Windows 7 Ultimate). I just keep getting this message ... 'Sorry, we are unable to load the comments at this time. Please try again later.'

If I use Firefox they load fine. I don't think I've changed anything in the IE11 settings. Any ideas?

I've got the same problem, it was working fine until a few weeks ago now I have to use Chrome to view comments and can't find the reason why.

The comments are in a complete mess at the moment anyway, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't, sometimes they will be duplicated multiple times. Why the BBC don't get it properly sorted out I don't know.

I'm using Chrome and find that they aren't visible most of the time.

You have to sign in (at the top) again and it all works fine. Trouble is, you have to sign in again every few days or so.

It is easy to create a BBC account and sign in, plus there are other benefits, such as being able to use iPlayer on the PC.
There may be more than one way to skin a cat.
But the result is always inedible.
