Scan or photo the ticket and upload to a photo site like photobucket so we can see

    Give the pot a stir.

This company appears to have a problem with v.a.t. If, as they claim, this is contractual charge, it is a fee for parking, and thus vatable. Have they accounted for vat on their paper work?

Ask them for a vat invoice. If they ignore your request, (which they probably will), it is a useful stick with which to beat them if it ever gets to court.

Post the URL here but change http to hxxp. Someone here will then change it back to a live link.

Have you read he Sticky thread for NEWBIES yet? Yo should do this and then send the IPC template letter you will find there.

The link to your picture - bring up your picture on your web browser, and copy the address from the address bar.

Change the "http" at the start to "hxxp" so that you can post it here, and a regular will post the proper link for you.
    Got a Private Parking Notice??
    ** Do Not Pay
** Do Not Ignore a Notice to Keeper (except Scotland)
** Do not mention who was driving (No "Me" Myself" "I")
** Never, ever phone a Private Parking Company

hi guys. just registered today and i have read the newbies section though i had to read them couple of times. haha. such complicated but very detailed.

i just got the charge tonight and quickly browsed here and found such a wonderful forum here.

here is a picture of the charge i got from CPS midlands LTD

    hxxps://s22.postimg.org/h52dv07o1/image.jpg
    hxxps://s22.postimg.org/c7ot9w5ox/image.jpg
    hxxps://s22.postimg.org/ltidq6wup/image.jpg

    So based on my understanding.

    1. leave until week 3.
    2. make note of any NTK letters
    3. appeal to the operator(most likely rejected)
    4. get the appeal code from their rejected letters
    5. go to popla?

Also, can i just make a small note that i am a medical student and im afraid any court actions etc needs to be notified to GMC which could affect my career. Im doing my finals next year so really dont want to take any slim chances of having my medical degree compromised due to £100 fine. (( I shall make a new thread if thats okay?

also i posted here because i wanted to help OP. i think he may have the same parking note as mine.

Yes, start a new thread and we will help.
PRIVATE PCN in England/Wales? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT

Click on the breadcrumb trail, top of page: Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking & READ THE 'NEWBIES' FAQS THREAD.
DON'T read old advice to ignore, unless in Scotland/NI.

Seriously, can't you show this thread with someone near you who can help? You should have been able to get this from the previous posts.
