    The pending transactions are direct debits to pull money in to PayPal. PP has requested the money from your bank but it hasn't arrived yet.

    The completed transaction for Sept 20 is a transfer out completed immediately.

    PS - today is 22 September, I can't see any transactions dated tomorrow, but there is one for 23 August. Did you misread the month?
