    Hi

    I did a switch to Clydesdale a while back .... and I now want to switch this account to the Co-Op Bank ....

    I set up 4 DD's to 2 Tesco Internet Saver accounts .... 2 on 1st ... and 2 on the 15th of the month .... so that I comply with the switch conditions ... of 4 DD's .... but ... although these DD's have been paid a few times each .... they do not all show in my DD list in Clydesdale online banking.

    I've been waiting a few months for them all to show ... so that I can kick off the switch ... but they never all show!

    I am wondering if this is normal? .... and only the the last few DD that were paid will show in the online list .... or if I should be able to see them all .... They are all active and showing current via Tesco, and being paid each month.

    If this is normal, and they will get picked up during the switch .... I'll kick it off .... otherewise .... I'll chat to Clydesdale ...

    Just wanted to check what other see before I do anything .... as don't want to miss out on switching bonus .... as that is the only reason I'm switching!

    I needed to apply today to also get the current Quidco £70 offer ..... which ends today.

    Looking at it again ..... I think that maybe only 2 DD were set up and that these are being used twice each .... once for the DD on the 1st ... and again for the DD on the 15th .... although these payments are for different amounts .... but I did choose from the list when setting up rather than enter new details again .....

    I set up another new DD today from each internet saver ... rather than choosing an existing one .... so hopefully it was just user error!

    Anywho .... Co-Op account applied for ... via Quidco .... so I'll see what happens!

    Just bear in mind (from a thread here)... "As explained by the bank you need 4 active DD's to qualify for the £150.00. They do not need to be taken monthly but they must show money has been claimed from all of them at some point. " ie they seem to think money has to have been taken before the switch

    Yes .... thanks mt99 ..... the 2 new ones should fire on 4th.

    Got an e-mail from Co-Op bank an hour ago saying agreed on principle .... and another from Quidco saying tracked ..... so fingers crossed!

    I'll wait until i've seen the money move on the 4th until calling to switch .... assuming they approve the account ...
