    HP Instant Ink referral - free month

    HP Instant Ink referral - free month 31st May 16 at 7:03 PM
    HP Instant Ink is a programme for wifi-enabled printers through which you're sent ink when you need it, based on your usage (this is tracked and updated when your printer is turned on and connected to the internet).

    I was originally sceptical of this, but have been using it since last year and really like the convenience of it. They claim it's cheaper than buying ink cartridges in the normal way, and in my experience this is true, though I have been using it for less than a year and haven't been keeping graphs or anything. The timing of the cartridge packs has been perfect - not too early but not too close to the wire either. I would not go back to the normal method now.

    You choose a plan based on how many pages you think you'll need to print in a month, but you can print more on top of that and it will just charge you for a page bundle (e.g. on my plan if I want to print an extra 15 pages on top of my allowance, it's an extra £1). You can see the different price plans and fees for extras when you sign up.

    To make it even cheaper, if you use my referral link, you'll get a free month of the service (and I will too). Thanks in advance if you use it.

    a quick question please, i am about to buy a printer , at some stores it says with 4 months or X amount of trial, on some like argos it says just instant ready ink, anyone has idea if i buy it from argos, would i be able to signup for some trial ? or do i have to buy one which comes with a trial?

    regards

    I had a few issues understanding how it all worked so hope this might help.

    A QUICK HOWTO

    1. Install printer software using links provided in your "Get Started" booklet

    2. Set up the printer to connect to your router(must be a router that has access to the Internet. If you don't have a router you can connect directly to your printer using WIFI Direct but you will not be able to use the HP Instant Ink service as it requires your printer to have internet access .

    3. Type in 'HP Instant Ink UK' in a search engine, go on the Official HP site and sign up and follow instructions.

    4. When you get to the page after you enter your payment details you'll see a box where you can enter "promotional codes" to add to your existing free trial months.

    One month extra(referral code):

    jQH2N

    For another 2 additional months:

    2MONTHSDJUK

    The 'FREEINK' code no longer works.

    Hope this helps.

    Awesome thread! I used Cavity’s referral, enjoy the 1 month on me 😊

    So for your free THREE MONTHS on top of your free subscription with your printer, you can use the code:

    jQNjZ (1 month)

    then subsequently;

    2MONTHSDJUK (2 months)

    on the payment details screen.

    Helpful tip
    Great thread! Another quick tip:

    When you first purchase a printer that comes with ink, you can use that ink up and then sign up to Instant Ink later(make sure you sign up within 7 days of setting up your printer). You can grab yourself some extra printing for free.

    Here are the codes plus my own referral:

    2 MONTHS:

    2MONTHSDJUK

    REFERRAL CODE FOR ONE EXTRA MONTH:
