Whatever you think about Brexit or the landslide win by Donald Trump, it is clear the people no longer accept the establishment and just as Trump has whooped the establishment, Mrs May will probably be next unless she gets her ministers in order and indeed her own act in order ...... just try a general election Theresa ???

Theresa May has pledged to root out abuse of county court judgments following a Daily Mail investigation.

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3786132/I-ll-end-credit-rating-scandal-pledges-PM-acts-Mail-exposes-rulings-ruined-lives.html

Is Mrs May really up to the job ??

Teresa May has a solution in hand. She will ask her new buddies, the DUP, to send in their paramilitary arm to deal with the issue.

Now is the time to renew the pressure on Theresa May

As Jeremy Corbyn has risen to new dizzy heights, he should
    now be included

The Daily Mail article written in September last year
    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5524754
The reporters ... Paul Bentley, James Slack And Richard Marsden
    should be copied in.
    Investigations Unit via ccj@dailymail.co.uk

One letter by email to Theresa May Prime Minister
    mayt@parliament.uk

    and CC's to .....

Jeremy Corbyn Leader of the opposition
    leader@labour.org.uk

    Marcus Jones DCLG
    marcus.jones.mp@parliament.uk

Sajid Javid Secretary of State for Communities
    sajid.javid.mp@parliament.uk

Remember the pledge by Mrs May
    "I want a fairer Britain"

    Now Jeremy Corbyn
"For the many not the few"

There are 25.8 million cars on our roads (BBC) let alone the number of drivers to each car.

All we want is that the great parking scam is properly regulated and not in mickey mouse style like the BPA and IPC

Well given the Queen's Speech is likely to be a bit light on bills this time round, perhaps now is a good opportunity to squeeze it in. Perhaps getting England and Wales to fall in line with how it works on Northern Ireland?

    Regarding the CCJ problem

Remember it was Liz Truss who Mrs May entrusted with the CCJ problem.
Seems like Liz Truss did nothing

David Lidington is now the Lord Chancellor and Justice Secretary
    taking over from Liz Truss

Liz Truss was a non lawyer

David Lidington is a relatively unknown MP with no legal background

Sounds just like the private parking bunch ??

However, he can be added to your complaints bucket list

Since the Daily Mail Article last september it was stated ....

Theresa May vows to investigate ‘abuse’ of CCJ system

This was before she woke up one morning recently to discover
that the British public had decided to give her a hung parliament.

    Clearly Theresa May DID NOTHING.

People were let down by May and they are still being let down

Theresa May seems to approve the damage that CCJ's can cause
to people as much as she seems to approve the SCAM operated
by Private Parking companies and their dodgy solicitors

The DCLG has adopted the attitude that "shortly" is the fob off word
best used when they think voters are stupid

Keep sending in your complaints and concerns

David Lidington Lord Chancellor and Justice Secretary
    david.lidington.mp@parliament.uk

AND, copy in your local MP whoever they are

The election proved that MP's can lose their seats in a blink of an eye. Who knows if there is another election, which MP's will lose
their jobs, it will be those who fail their constituents.
No MP is safe nowadays as it will depend on their leader and
whether the public think they are suitable for purpose

If you don't do this, nobody else will do it for you so get writing
and tell these people exactly what you think

Now is the time while nerves are on edge to have your voice heard

Do you honestly expect St Theresa, beset by a rising tide of snowflake commies, freeloading benefit bludgers, homeless illegal immigrants, self seeking Eurocrats, unemployed Bangladeshi bus drivers, odious Orangemen, corrupt councillors, tax dodgers, and pension fund filchers, to have time to deal with this Beamish.

Theresa May to launch fight-back with 'fairer Britain' vow

Theresa May is to say she has an "unshakeable sense of purpose" to build a "fairer Britain" in her first big speech since losing her majority.
The prime minister will say her commitment to changing the country is "undimmed" a year after taking office.

It is the heat UMKO 27 degree at 7am with 70%+ humidity.

Also, seeing how different countries tackle parking. Here in Spain the council has cleared masses of unbuilt land a few minutes walk from the beach for free parking. There are no PPCs

If you want to park closer to the beach the cost is 60 cents an hour. If you bilk or overstay you get fined €3.00 which you can pay at the meter.

They seem to be under the impression that free parking encourages people to spend that money at the bars and restaurants. Funny people these furriners.
