    Co-op Bank Monthly 4 Reward 15th Aug 16 at 2:54 PM
I satisfied the requirements for the 4 monthly reward on the Co-op Bank current account in July. I understood that the reward was paid on the 15th of the month following but it hasn't been paid today. Has anyone received theirs today?

I received 1.50 cashback. You're not trying hard enough!

Mine was also paid on October 14th, together with the princely sum of 0.30 cashback.

Note to self - must try harder

Has anyone had the usual monthly email saying that you've been rewarded with 4 or that, sadly, they've been unable to pay you this month because you haven't fulfilled the requirements? I've had neither, but no payment credited, so far. All conditions met. Maybe payments are being staggered rather than all paid at same time; some people were paid on the 14th.

My Reward wasn't paid on 14/15 Oct. I secure messaged the bank yesterday and it was paid/compensated by the end of the day.
The last 3 or 4 months I have had to ask the Coop for the reward, despite my meeting all their requirements.

Given that its called an 'Everyday' reward they really should be paying in 4 every day shouldn't they?

Received payment today dated 18th following secure message with reply saying they sent email on 14/10 in error saying criteria not met, however I never received it. It seems there system is still inaccurate.

I have a couple of questions about the monthly reward. If you have 4 DDs paying out a 1 a month then you are only breaking even with the reward payment. Is there a way to have 4 monthly DDs paying out less than 1 a month so you can actually profit from the rewards? Thought charity DDs might be an option but they all seem to require a minimum of 1 a month. I have a switch in progress for the 150 but I am unsure if it's worth keeping the account after that for the monthly reward if I won't actually make money from it.
