Back in debt but not out 2nd Aug 16 at 6:58 AM
    Hi,

It's been over a year since I was here last.

Last time, we managed to get debt free by consolidating our debts, but due to a lot of things we are back in debt again.

This past month has brought things to a head, we've been rather stupid and things have gotten out of control.

So where are we with the debt:

    Barclaycard: 8829.88
    Overdraft: 2750.00
    Total: 11, 579.88

Ignoring the OD for the moment, as I'm not too worried about that one, I need to make headway on sorting the BC out.

Things coming up this month are:

    DD's birthday
    Pay remainder of DD's party
Pay for food at DD's party - already ordered just needs paying
    Pay for DD's cake
    School uniforms for both kids

Will post my plan in the next post, back in moment

    Thanks

Rate has been agreed, tried to contact the bloke to ask what info he needs from me to get the ball rolling regarding being paid and he's not in until tomorrow.

Also, although it is a new job....Southern trains are planning a two week strike in October! FFS just what I need.

Congrats on new job. Just seen you live in Whyteleafe area. That was one of my old haunts when we lived up in London area and my brother still lives in Whyteleafe. I was going to say great train connections given it is only a small place and 2 train stations serving central London but then saw your post about the strikes. Boo.

    Morning,

Had a mini meltdown last night over my situation with work, but I'm ok now, once next Friday is out of the way, I'll be happy.

It's Friday today and one week to possible pay day.

Jeans for genes day today at DD's school, they can wear their own clothes as long as they wear jeans and bring along 50p.

Oh nearly forgot got woken up by DD at 4.20am as her tooth has come out, visit from the tooth fairy tonight!

    Nothing much else to report.

Congrats on the new job, I started one in August. The market is very buoyant in the north west I was going to say you shouldn't have any trouble finding something new.

    Morning,

    Lots to do today.

Need to do the washing, check DD's camp stuff, sew badges on to her camp blanket, ironing.

Thursday night we need to pack.

DD has a total of 14 badges, why do I do it to myself, she'll end up with more after next weekends camp too lol

Tooth fairy was good and left her a pound for her big tooth.

Talking to DH last night and he has mentioned to his boss about me starting with their sister company, he's mentioned to DH about eventually pulling me over to them on a permanent basis to sort out their document control hoping that's the silver lining I'm looking for.

So after a crap week, which also resulted in a parking ticket and needing a new tyre. I'll be glad to see the back of September.

Washing is nearly done and I have 5 badges left to sew on the camp blanket. DD's bits are sorted, just need to pack next week.

Thinking about payday and if I get paid overnight (doubtful) I'm driving to the Heathrow office & handing everything over then, if not and it goes in that afternoon, once it's in, then I'll hand everything back to the PM on site and go.

I'm having two sick days to go to new company site for handover from previous DC.

Hate to see my tax code next year. HMRC are going to have fun working out my year lol

    Back later
