    Hi,

My received a parking charge notice from the above company as a Notice to Keeper stating pay £100 now or £60 within 14 days.

This time period of 14 days has expired due to holiday, cannot find any information about this company and would be glad of some advice please?

    Thanks

Did you ever complain to the DVLA about their paperwork and the misleading statements in it?

If you did, what was their reply.

If not, do you want to do it now.
Life's for living, get on with it rather than worrying about these. If they hassle, counter claim.

Send them that costs schedule though, 24 hours before the hearing, and file it with the court. Take with you evidence that you have sent the costs schedule to them and when.

Another batch of claims was dismissed at Manchester earlier this week, due to insufficient particulars of claim, defence points weren't even brought into play.

It's worth noting though that some of the claims have been raised by an S. Cohen, rather than Gladstones.

The signs are still in place at 3000 Aviator way, but I understand that UKPME have not been operating there for a few months due to "ongoing legal action"... read into that what you what.
