    Hi,

My received a parking charge notice from the above company as a Notice to Keeper stating pay £100 now or £60 within 14 days.

This time period of 14 days has expired due to holiday, cannot find any information about this company and would be glad of some advice please?

    Thanks

Keeper data was applied for on same day as alleged offence, 24-06-16 by S Cohen.

The date of alleged offence was 24-6-16 and the NTK was sent on 14-07-16 and received by us on 17-07-16.

Acknowledgement sent off but no court date given.

Think I need to send a defence in within next 14 days, any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thank You all.

Does the paperwork allege Keeper Liability (some do) and if so, you should be onto the DVLA ASAP.

They are outside the 14 days to hold the Keeper liable so you should drop a line to the DVLA asking them to investigate the false claims on the UKPE paperwork. Will save you a lot of hassle if you get the DVLA on your side.

    Hi everyone,

have had a letter from Gladstones solicitor saying the following.

We act for the claimant and have notified the court of our clients intention to proceed with the claim.

Please find enclosed a copy of our clients completed directions questionnaire, which will be filed with the court upon their request. You will note we intend to request a special direction that the case be dealt with on papers and without the need for an oral hearing.

This request is sought simply because the matter is in our clients opinion relatively straight forward and the costs incurred by both parties for attending an oral hearing would be disproportionate. We trust you agree.

You will note that our client has elected not to mediate. its decision is not meant to be in any way obstructive and is based purely on experience, as Mediation has rarely proved beneficial in these types of cases. Notwithstanding this our client would be happy to listen to any genuine payment proposals that you wish to put forward.

    That's the letter verbatim.

    Any thoughts please? Thanks.

All covered in the guide to court you'll find in the newbies faq thread

You want a hearing! (No to their request and no to mediation)

Read all the other threads about the 'oral hearing' and the misleading N159 form they enclose.

    Search the forum for N159

    Hi
Am hoping someone can help me here! My boyfriend has just received a parking ticket from UKPE for parking in Aviator Way near Manchester Airport. He did stop there, for about 5 minutes, after he dropped his Dad off at the airport while he put in my post code to his Sat Nav to find his way to my flat.
Can they give a parking ticket for being there for 5 mins - he said he didn't park in a car park, just pulled into the side of the road. Also, they have sent a photo of his car at a junction so not actually parked.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thank you!

You need to start your own thread. Answering two people in one thread will just lead to confusion.
