Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer? 5th Jul 16 at 2:57 PM
    Hi all,

I've searched for answers to this, but can't find anything recent.

If anyone has dealt with Precise recently, I'd appreciate any insight into your timelines?

    Thanks in advance

Got our offer through today , was quite surprised with all the reviews we have been reading about precise!! Only took 2 weeks for submitting application to offer, I found you you ring precise direct they give you a lot more information than the broke, good luck to everyone else waiting beer:

I have read through most of the posts on this thread.

My full application has been submitted today also my valuation fee have been taken today. All paperwork has been submitted to broker and he assures all should be fine. How long do I really expect to wait?

@Mark7519 - I personally had to endure 8 weeks from application to offer. It seems a few people have had a smooth ride of late so fingers crossed for you it goes quickly...but be prepared for a fair wait.

Our application went in also on Monday David... we had a previous app that was declined due to a charge on an old statement so had to re submit! Our vendor is getting twitchy so we have had to go with the valuation which is booked for Tuesday... apparently they are working on 5-6 days so hoping we hear something on Friday before we wave goodbye to £410!

Ours was the 22nd and our broker heard back Friday afternoon requesting clarification on a couple of things on my partners bank statement which we have provided... now we wait for another 6 days until they look at it.... guessing you will hear on Tuesday if your app went in the day after ours.

They send out the DD as standard... we received ours then they asked for further info! That's being submitted today so hoping to hear early next week for us now! I am well prepared for them to ask for further info though after reading through previous posts. Let us know how you get on!

    still waiting
We got a request on the 26th May 2017 for a P60 for me a P45 from last employer. First wage slip from current employer, Wifes mobile number, landline number and kids D.O.B and a CML incentives form from builder. After running round like a blue !!!! fly I managed to get this sorted today. The bank holiday has not helped the valuation has been carried out so fingers crossed.

Just wanted to give hope to anyone reading this who is worried about their adverse....

I have an old CCJ and multiple payday loans in the last 2 months which were fully paid. My partner had 10 late payments on unsecured agreements.

My partner also has 25k in outstanding debt.

But aside from all that we got our mortgage offer today with 20% deposit.

Don't give up hope, I was so worried about getting this mortgage and thought after reading all the previous reviews we would have no chance.

Good luck to you all 😊😊

What was the issue with the valuation Mark7519?

Our valuation came back £10k under what we had offered and this was done 2 weeks AFTER our valuation came back the first time matching our offer price.

We had to get the sellers to come down in price.
