I'm a Board Guide on the Quick Grabbit, Food Shopping & Groceries, Shop but don't drop, Loans and Cutting Tax boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and I can move and merge threads there. Pease remember, board guides don't read every post. If you spot an illegal or inappropriate post then please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com (it's not part of my role to deal with this) Any views are mine and not the official line of MoneySavingExpert.

TM, thought of Mr TM when I read this on 10 Ways, and anyone else who does outdoor sports.

'"hey guys, not sure if you are already aware but a lot of outdoor companies are looking for 'ambassadors' to flog their stuff all over social media. Now we all know the likelihood of getting that role is next to nil unless you've climbed K2 5 times blindfolded... but they often give you money off just for applying! I applied to Sherpa Adventure Gear a while ago and they gave me 20% off their site. My Mum did the same with Pactimo and got 20% off cycling gear." - Thanks to George

Also, worth doing this with lots of other brands, if you can offer them something in return they often willing to listen/send something out'

    Maybe worth a shot

    Good morning Elite
Wishing everyone warm, happy and well. Hugs to those not currently so. Or indeed anyone who would like.
My c&c didn't show as collected yesterday and APG was, therefore, not checked until 7.45 this morning. Compared as usual but not sure if that used today/yesterday's prices.
    Happy Friday!

    Morning All

For anyone with the 50p SSM Daz mocs, I think this is quite a good deal.

20 wash liquid in Sada compares to Morries at £2 so £1.30 after APG and moc.

Says its £2.50 in Sada on MyS but was £4 in my store yesterday. Good way to use up the Sharpie APGs, although the Daz mocs get rejected on SS tills and need SA to override.

    Morning all

They seem to be trying to fix Quidco clicksnappy - just had a look at my account and its showing as 0 offers and last nights receipt has not tracked
I reuploaded the receipt yesterday which came up with no ID number and again this morning I got no ID number so I've sent a photo.

I think this is going to be a very long job

Quick post, CoS have now rewarded me for all the OS I had bought, so 50p net each.
Re Greggs App, in the past it has been tempremental at times, and I think it was when new or existing offers were changing, don't quote me on that

So I was starting to have a good enough week - one day of glorious sunshine with masses of gardening jobs done, OHs messy corner still immaculate, another big area decluttered and cleared ...
Plus Eldest childs best mate arriving from the states at the weekend for an overnight stay

    and then ..

and then I had the message I was sort of expecting from Errant child who has run out of money already and wanted a loan

I have loaned him money previously so when he was back last summer and waiting to start his new job we thought it would be a while before the first pay day. We set up a standing order to pay the loan back in instalments each month.
So far 6 repayments and this standing order is still in place so at least it will go through this month with no issue.

Yes I am an idiot for loaning him money in the first place as the entire mess is of his own making and yes I hate myself. And yes the other 2 kids wont be told as they don't agree with my methods but I've been skint and in trouble with no one to help when I was in my 20s so I know the misery.

I've sent him my terms and conditions, that the repayments continue and the money is for living costs until he is working again

and yes he only gets in touch when he wants something and it suits him
