Just popped in to say good afternoon on what is a most glorious sunny day whilst waiting for my little bro to arrive from Denmark ....the house smells lovely as a nice lamb stew cooking in the slow cooker and have found a couple of bottles of wine for my bro as would rather he drink that than Nannylala's Brandy..will not be doing the wine as am not a lover of any sort of wine and don't really reckon much on Champagne either but give me a good bottle of Couvosier enjoy your afternoon and hope you all get your wine

Just tried Asda Butchers Thick Back Bacon - it's thicker/tastier than S and you get 8 slices (S only have 6) so for the same price there are benefits.

Went to library and checked out Co-op next door - 58p spent on 2 sturdy ice scrapers rtc, at 29p each these are a steal.

58p was not grocery, so not added to total.
    Having an NSD grocery-wise.

Must do some dust-busting this afternoon...

News story ---> Ll0yds are slashing the rate on their Club account from 4% to 2% .

I know the base rate has come down SLIGHTLY after 8 (?) years, but banks are really trying it on with the level of cuts they are making to savings rates, completely unjustified in my opinion!
