Neighbour was down earlier in a bit of a flap. She had a phone call from her daughter who told her she had a new boyfriend and had been seeing him for about a month. So she invited them for dinner on Sunday. DD then informed her he was vegetarian. She said she has not a clue what to feed him so gave her a recipe for veggie lasagne so she is off to have a practice lol.

    Good morning everyone!

    Hope you're all fine.

Think the weather today here is going to be another
    mix of sun and cloud.

I'll be out gardening while the decent weather is
around cos apparently we've got wet stuff arriving at
    the weekend.

rose - I love veggie lasagne - hope your neighbour did
    ok with the practice run.

Have a lovely and lucky day all, take care - I'll catch
    up later.

Morning, suns trying to come out here, and there is a breeze. Looks like it may be a nice day.I often make veggie lasagne rose, just for a change although no one in this house is a vegetarian. I hope your daughters practise went well. I have 3 days off now so time for a catch up with housework and shopping. Hope you all have a lucky day.

Morning everyone. sunny here this morning . Although it is not very warm. Fab looking out though not so good when opening door. Need to sort out tubs as did not do it earlier when I said I would. Thank goodness I do not have a formal garden as the grass would be at my knees by now. Love my tubs as I can take care of them and everyone elses here. Some of my neighbours dont give. I do so sort theirs as well. They buy for themselves and I plant and take care. So I am outdoors they get the benefit but at the end of the day I get the satisfaction.

It was dull here but sun is out now.

Enjoy your gardening Alfie before the rain comes.

Never liked any bought veggie lasagne but homemade is good. Our DIL is vegetarian so DS is now and GKs. He's OK but it's a nightmare with the kids.

    Enjoy your days off Indie.

Sylvia hope laptop is fixed soon.

Had a WEM this morning for a Sanatra show somewhere we can't get to. Lo I need to be a lot more careful entering comps. Mind all over the place lately. Asked them to redraw.

Thanks for pics Firefly and Alfie, hope everyone has a good and lucky day.

Its wet and windy here today and has been most of the week. Hope its better where you are.

Well done on your win leanfun, shame you can't go but perhaps you will find someone to pass it on to.

Hope you are beginning to feel a lot stronger now firefly and more able to cope. Hope you are remembering to go out to your little zoo a bit earlier now the nights are closing in a bit more.

Hope you are able to get out in your garden today Alfie.

That's good of you Rose, looking after all the outdoor tubs for your neighbors. At least you dont have to keep looking at others un-tended flowers etc.

Hope you DD2 is on the mend now Wingo.

Have a lovely day everyone, whatever you are doing and good luck.

Goodness me Rose, you are certainly well organised for Christmas.

Glad you are doing the zoo earlier firefly and yest it does give you a scare when you fall so take care.

Had a call to get my laptop so went into Curry's about 5 miles away. Yes it was back but they hadn't put any of my stuff back on so have to go back again tomorrow. I wasn't best pleased as the young lady was quite snotty with me, especially as I had a text at 6pm saying it was now done! and after her saying the man was too busy today to do it.

    Have a lovely evening everyone.

Ho Sylvia that sounds very frustrating. Snooty staff really get my hackles up.

Rose you are very organised for Christmas. I've been trying to organise things earlier this year and am making headway but nowhere as organised as you.

We had a lovely day. We went with DS and GD to meet GS from school and bought him a great winter jacket and then we all had a great Italian meal. As they are vegetarians Italian suits all.

    Good morning everyone!

    Hope you're all ok.

It's wonderful news fire**fly that you are feeling a lot
stronger now. As sylv said, it can give you quite a
scare when you fall, it's completely understandable how
    you must be feeling.

Crikes rose - your are so very organised re
Christmas! I'm ashamed to say that I'm still in gardening
    mode!

Yesterday I decided against gardening though cos I
looked at my patio and garden paths etc and decided
they all needed a good sorting out! So out came my
trusty pressure washer and I spent a very happy few
hours having a bloomin' good clean - they look a
    whole lot better now.

Thought it best to do them before winter sets in cos
they haven't been done for a while.

I shall resume gardening duties today - got a load
more pruning to do so that should keep me out of
    trouble for a few hours!

sylv - I'm the same as leanfun - can't abide snooty
people ... it's also a fair way to go just to be told to
    that! Bloomin' cheek.

It sounds like a wonderful day yesterday leanfun -
going with DS and GD to meet GS from school -
ending the day with a scrumptious Italian meal.
I always love eating Italian food - as you say - it
    suits all.

Well - must get on - got some comps to catch up on
then out to do a bit of gardening.

Have a wonderful day all and take care.

Morning all I don't think the rain has ever stopped here either indie! Lots of puddles everywhere.
It's good that you can still get out in the garden Alfie Ours isn't worth treading out for, I can't even put my washing out so having to put it in dryer.
Fire**fly, it must have been frightening when you had your accident so you're right to take things easy. My sisters always running about wherever she goes but she gets forgetful like, leaving her keys behind somewhere!
Hope you enjoyed your Italian meal leanfun
Fingers crossed they will sort your laptop out today Sylvia!
Rose, you're organised for Xmas so far!

I've had to keep DD2 off school yet again for throwing up bile again. It's tired her out so she's fast asleep in bed now. I'm hoping she's ok by this afternoon as she's starting a new gymnastics club later.
I've got my park vouchers that I've saved for so might start my shopping early now Have a good day everyone!
