    Good morning lovely Alphabettys

I hope you're all well and raring to go on this thoughtful
    and glorious Tuesday!

When we have a positive view of ourselves it can help us to cope
with life’s challenges, and recognising the different qualities of
others can allow us to connect with those around us – which is
vital for our own and others’ wellbeing.

Safer Internet Day 2018 will be celebrated globally on Tuesday 6th
February 2018 with the slogan “Create, Connect and Share
Respect: A better internet starts with you”.

Join more than a thousand organisations across the UK to help
inspire a national conversation about using technology responsibly,
    respectfully, critically and creatively.

    What is Safer Internet Day?

Safer Internet Day is celebrated globally in February each year to
promote the safe and positive use of digital technology for children
and young people and inspire a national conversation.

Coordinated in the UK by the UK Safer Internet Centre the
celebration sees hundreds of organisations get involved to help
promote the safe, responsible and positive use of digital
technology for children and young people.

Globally, Safer Internet Day is celebrated in over a hundred
countries, coordinated by the joint Insafe/INHOPE network, with
the support of the European Commission, and national Safer
    Internet Centres across Europe.

The day offers the opportunity to highlight positive uses of
technology and to explore the role we all play in helping to create
a better and safer online community. It calls upon young people,
parents, carers, teachers, social workers, law enforcement,
companies, policymakers, and wider, to join together in helping to
create a better internet. Get involved to play your part!

Like everything else, it's not a quick fix, but I was very surprised at how, with very little effort, and only two days a week feeling hungry, I lost a lot of weight.
I never intended to stop it, but because of the constant illnesses, it just fell by the wayside, and due to being so inactive, and very depressed at times, over nearly two years, (in bed an awful lot), obviously my fitness declined massively, and I ate (and drank!) far too much!

Like you, when I was doing it, the next morning, I rarely woke up ravenous.
And when I was hungry, I didn't crave naughty, cakey stuff nearly so much.

The huge thing for me was the psychological relief of knowing that I'd only be hungry for two days a week, and not, as on other diets, all the bally time!
When I was starving hungry, I'd keep telling myself that I only had to get through that night, then I could eat. Like you, funnily enough, when I woke in the morning, I'd find I wasn't particularly hungry!

    Day 5 - Monday February 5th

    5 down, 23 to go!

I passed the temptation test with flying colours this morning.
Stocked up with provisions from my local supermarket and
resisted everything choccie related! Although did lurk in the
scrumptious Easter egg aisle for quite a while!
