My 2015-2020 timeline diary......... 12th Aug 15 at 11:42 AM
    Hey,

This is my timeline diary, I am going to keep this up to date with my debt, savings & all that jazz until I am a debt free, home-owning responsible adult

I am setting myself this timeline because I realise now that it will take me this long to sort out my life financially.

My main problems are frivolous spending on anything really, spending on credit cards just because I have them & also holidays!

    So here goesssssssssssss

Woo just registered with yet another survey site, including the joining bonus I am now up to 5.10!

Can withdraw when it gets to 40.00, I am hoping this good start continues cos I could do with as many fund top ups as possible.

Oh also won the euromillions - 4.70

Okay so lots of focus today on the finances, I feel obsessed with this all.

I think that is a good thing.

I have been frantically looking at my spreadsheet & lists. Busy reminding myself why I have us on a tight budget & all the lovely things we have to look forward to to make this all worthwhile.

Budget head firmly screwed back on & looking at this in a positive way.

    Today I have:
    • Saved 10.00 on DH's Christmas pressie
    • Earned 5.10 on a new survey site
    • Redeemed 20.00 in Sainsbobs vouchers to pay for a Christmas pressie
    • Won 4.70 on the eurosqullions this will pay for a Christmas pressie at 3.99 with some change
    • Borrowed 69.99 from savings to pay for DH's Christmas pressie

Think that's it I'm sure I will be back on here soon enough with another post about something or other.

Listed some shoes & bags that I am never going to wear on schpock in May.

A lady just contacted me tonight & bought a pair of shoes for 20.00, will meet her tomorrow.

I will cash in my lotto ticket tomorrow & pick up another couple of bits I need for Christmas with that.

PSL - Just trying to make sure that this debt busting is always the main thing on my mind right now, it needs 100% of my focus so that it can be gone gone gone! I love a wee emoji!

tori.k - I'm sure he will appreciate socks if it means he can get back on the road sooner.

Probably have like another 18 items to buy in.

That ranges between main pressies to the sweet treats though.

Just trying to work through it bit by bit.

    God sake!

Someone has opened a catalogue account in my maiden name at an old address.

Checked it on Clearscore & it shows account was opened on 31 August 2016.

Contacted the company who found 2 accounts, both of them have been reported as fraudulent & closed down but this is so annoying.

I'm wondering whether it's worthwhile getting Experian for 14.99 a month because this company told me you can add a credit password so that anytime you apply for credit you need to give this password so that it goes through.

That must be so annoying. Can the police do anything about that, it is fraud or theft or both.
Makes me so cross how people can do that.
