My 2015-2020 timeline diary......... 12th Aug 15 at 11:42 AM
    Hey,

This is my timeline diary, I am going to keep this up to date with my debt, savings & all that jazz until I am a debt free, home-owning responsible adult

I am setting myself this timeline because I realise now that it will take me this long to sort out my life financially.

My main problems are frivolous spending on anything really, spending on credit cards just because I have them & also holidays!

    So here goesssssssssssss

    It was great monz.

DH pottered about getting organised for his couple of nights away & I checked the bank, CC's & my wee savings spreadsheet - so obsessed with it all!

We watched a wee episode of Ray Donovan then I went to bed & he played the x-box for an hour.

It sounds like a lovely night, Dolly. It's funny how much I enjoy a quiet night in now, there has to be something pretty special going on to get me out of the house in the evenings!

Need to keep more on top of the finances, feels like a full time job sometimes!

I spend more time logging into my bank & scribbling all these notes down than I do anything else in life

It sure is & I think that is the big thing that has changed.

Previously I would have waited till the day I needed the cash then been like oh I will just put this on a CC.

In 2017 I am going to be a completely different person in regards to how organised I am & how I will be making much better financial decisions.

I've been lurking reading your diary for a little while and wanted to say you seem really on top of everything - and amongst others yours is a bit of inspiration as I've still got a little way to go on my DF journey.
