We Do Doors Review? 6th Jul 15 at 12:42 PM
Has anyone ever heard of, or used We Do Doors?

We're after a very specific front door, and cannot find it anywhere without it costing a small fortune:

We Do Doors seems to be the only semi-reasonable place to get it from c.800, but can't find anything about them

I cannot help on We Do Doors - I have no experience of them. If the price includes fitting then it seems acceptable. If not then it may be expensive.

IIRR I was being offered a similar door and frame for 450, before negotiating on price,in 2013 - I do not know the current price

I cannot comment on your quality for the door blank supplier, the manufacturer, the ironmongery, the accreditation, the CE Mark, the Kitemarks, the guarantees... are all between you and We Do Doors. Of course, these all have a bearing on the cost.

I bought a door from WeDoDoors and had it fitted a couple of weeks ago. There is a problem with the lock and the company continues to ignore my emails. I have to resort to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards for any resolution.

Buying quality goods which last, should be an investment that saves money.
Buying cheap products which fail, wastes money and costs twice as much in the long run.

I know that leaves a hole in your house so many wont bother but it is worth checking your rights (as I understand it, its at their cost to remove the door but not to put anything back)

I would not recommend this company. They don't return calls or emails. I cannot use my door as the lock is stiff and I am not double locking as it can take up to 20 mins to get in the door!! I would not recommend.
