It's ok it's been clarified, I have to ask them to amend the contract and then I will sign it.

I just heard some bad news one of my friends has had the same rubbish at work and I think lost their job. I'm off today and am supposed to be working here but haven't done anything yet.

Only two days left till the weekend. Hooray.

I sponsored someone £5 for charity. Does that count as a spend? I haven't spent any money at work yet this week I don't think.

All I spent at work this week was £0.70 today on a bar of chocolate for a student. Hooray for the weekend. It rained just as I arrived home. I'm shattered and am going to bed.

I am, I watched some telly last night and slept as soon as I got in from work.

Today I have nice weather till 12 so I am putting a wash out. My second load of washing was soaked in the rain as I couldn't face diving out when it began. House is tidy and mopped. I might do some ironing and am watching tv.

I spent most of the day resting as blood sugars were a bit pants - caused by eating bacon crisps! which always make my sugars high.

Overall though it has ended well as I did plenty of work.

My fab niece visited which cheered me up also.

I spent £2.44 in local shop on rubbish food.

I spent £13.00 including postage on a picture for my room. This is my spending for the rest of the week. No more I promise.

It sounds like you had a nice restful weekend SW. Did you set yourself a budget for personal spends or are you waiting to see how you get on with your spending diary ?

It should have been £50 but we shall see. I have bought shoes, and now the painting. (16+ 12). Everything else has been food I think. As long as I can pay my credit card bill of £300 from this months pay packet I shall be ok.

I spent £1.20 on a pasty at work. I did take food in but ended up starving so I ate twice!!!! Greedy me.

It's my day off tomorrow but I will be working from home! I do have some shopping to do also.

I'm washing some bedsheets and then I will pull myself together and plan for my glorious day off. I've been on phone to counsellor to re register to cope with work.

All is well here. I have advertised on website and on the same day someone has asked to view my house. I asked if he could come on Tuesday of next week after my parents have gone. I wanted a lady but beggars can't be choosers and I need the money. We shall see.

Make sure you ask lots of questions SW. There are some examples on the net if you google questions to ask a lodger and get info re his employment and some references. Don't ignore your gut instinct if you don't feel comfortable. Hope it all goes well.

I will research before Tuesday and let's see what happens. He might not like the place as it isn't a mansion and he is a MD. Yikes.

I have been busy at work today and doing some paperwork which has been driving me mad since I arrived home. I am hoping someone can tell me if I am doing it right so I don't make an utter !!!! up tomorrow morning. We shall see.

I spent £0.20p on comfort tea today as I was so stressed. I also put £10 credit on my mobile phone. Parents come tomorrow I am soooo happy.

In 8 days it will be payday. Hooray. I have just about enough to cover my credit card bill. I'm going to try not to spend any more money at all for the next week. I hope I succeed.
