All have been to use, write a review {good or bad} on their website and then I keep the items until they stop working after then I contact the company who collect FOC.
    The only rules are that I cannot sell or scrap and I would not get the item replaced. Still for a free item I do not moan in any way and ANY review I have posted {good or bad} has been excepted and I have not been struck off for giving any bad reviews

    I have been with the panel a few years and whilst you dont get a lot of interaction with them I have done tests on 2 irons now which have both been very good quality
