Depends what you are claiming for!

They are not the official hmrc site.

Why pay someone to do something you can do yourself?

Those companies hope that you think it will be too difficult to do it yourself. They take advantage of people.

This extract from their T&Cs might help you decide whether to use them or not:
    8. Price and Payment

8.1 In consideration of Us performing the Services, You agree that You will pay Us 20% plus VAT of any Refund received from HMRC, or procure that the same is paid to Us, plus a £10 (+ VAT) cheque processing fee (“Our Fees”).
8.2 Where HMRC send Your Refund directly to Us, any such money will be put in our dedicated client account, and kept separate from our own account. We will automatically deduct Our Fees and will send You a cheque for the remaining amount of the Refund to the address You provide in Your Claim Form.
8.3 If you lose the cheque that We send You, We will issue You with a new one after We have cancelled the original, but this will be subject to a cancellation and reissue processing fee of £25 (+VAT).
8.4 If HMRC send Your Refund directly to You, You shall pay Our Fees (with the exception of the £10 (+VAT) cheque processing fee which will not be payable) within 7 days of receipt of the Refund by You.
8.5 We shall have the right to charge, and You shall pay, interest on the overdue amount (including any interest compounded thereon) at a rate of 5% per annum above HSBC Bank Plc’s then current base rate. The interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the date it was due until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount.
8.6 However, if you dispute Our Fee in good faith and contact Us to let Us know promptly that you dispute it, the late payment Fee will not apply for the period of the dispute.

    do not work with them!
I have asked them for a uniform tax return for specific years but not for the recent year. Without me knowing they have called HMRC and falsely got out my recent tax return which I made myself and they tried to claim money for that. They even sent a cheque. When I called to Action Fraud Police, they said that this company has a false address on their website, and is fraudulent. Be very careful!

Re the addresses - strangely their published address is

    Tax Returned Limited
    PO Box 68031
    35-37 Brent Street
    London
    NW4 9JB

    Companies house shows they are
    Registered office address
Foframe House, 35-37 Brent Street, London, NW4 2EF
Which is the same address but different postcode

I wonder why they would rather walk a few hundred metres to the post office to collect their mail - maybe don't like personal callers?

In any case here are the company directors:

    SACHER, Bradley Jonathan

    Correspondence address
Foframe House, 35-37 Brent Street, London, NW4 2EF
    Role ACTIVE
    Director
    Date of birth

    Appointed on

    Nationality
    Australian
    Country of residence
    United Kingdom
    Occupation
    Director
    ZWIERS, Darren Martin

    Correspondence address
Foframe House, 35-37 Brent Street, London, United Kingdom, NW4 2EF

General advice is to never deal with anyone other than HMRC directly about tax. Unless you have an accountant who deals with them on your behalf.

These companies are what I call legal scams, designed to get money out of the unwary. HMRC will send you a rebate, if you're due one, for the grand sum of nothing. And you can always give them a ring if there's something you're not sure about.
