    I made potato salad for the first time in years and had it with some reduced price frankfurters.
    I normally use spring onions in the salad but had to settle for red onion as that's what I had in the house.

    Had a late lunch of pancakes, 2 small ones with cheese followed by 2 small ones with genuine maple syrup.

    OH said they were the best I’d made. Must be my new pancake pan

    Didn’t feel like dinner but looking forward to tomorrow’s Valentine steak dinner
