Not decided yet, home alone and really can't be bothered but I'm hungry cos all I've had all day was a slice of toast

So if anyone has left overs needing a home????

Just eaten my own leftovers. Home made stir-fry of tofu, carrots, onions, peppers and rice. With pickled onions and a spicy sauce .... finishing off with a glass of wine.

Sorry Suki, there's none left ....

I had fried rice tonight. Nice and easy to do, veges all in the freezer, cooked chicken in the freezer. Only needed to boil some rice this morning, and leave in the fridge.
    Only one little problem.
My chicken was wrapped in foil and in a plastic bag, but had had all day to thaw out........ So got my eggs & veges going in a frying pan, unwrap the chicken, and the chicken is bacon ............ It's a good job i'm on my own, mistakes don't matter ....I wonder if that's why i'm on my own, nobody likes bacon flavour chicken.

And what i've just started, although it's not going to be ready fot tea, is bread in the Panny, And as i started putting everything in i thought .......... I wonder what it will taste like with onions in it, never done it before. So i've chopped a big onion into tiny little pieces.
I try to have healthy meals but tonight it's fish chips & beans.

Proper chips as well, hand cut and fried, none of these cardboard oven chips

I had a battered cod fillet, creamy mash (mashed with butter and left over double cream) and mushy peas mixed with mint sauce.
    Was yummy!
