    Curry & rice.
    Not a lot of cooking needed. I did a SC full, last week, so there's about 8 portions ready bagged up in the freezer.

    I've just taken a piece of yellow fish out of the freezer. So will steam some potatoes and veg to go with that tonight, probably cauli; brocoli, and green beans. All out of the freezer.
