A new one for me - Thai green curry made with quorn chunks. Surprisingly the kids liked the quorn and my son said that if I hadn’t told him it wasn’t chicken then he wouldn’t have known. Hubby has been stubbornly silent on the subject - and so I’m guessing he wasn’t so impressed.
