    Hi, did you have any luck with the email address? I've been trying to ring them for a while now but all their phone numbers keep cutting me off!

    Same here, can't phone and online access has been blocked.

    hi, GREAT!!!!!. just emailed vanquis and got a response in seconds.WOW!!!.tp@vanquisbank.co.uk to contact vanquis. I can't stand it when I can't get in touch with institutions as email is so clear and doesn't give away how upset you are before they've tried to do something for you. Invariably the thing you want to discuss is not in FAQs and they don't tend to have a feedback drop-down without corraling you under something else that's not quite what you want to talk about. Very frustrating and time consuming. I now close my account when I can't email as it costs so much time if not money phoning and hanging on
